Fayetteville Pilates and Barre is Northwest Arkansas’ largest boutique fitness studio offering a variety of group classes and personal training. Opened in 2012, we quickly outgrew the first studio location. In 2015, we moved to our new, custom-designed studio in the Whole Foods shopping center. With a focus on community and the individual needs of our clients, all of our classes are low to moderate impact with a strong emphasis on alignment, correct muscle recruitment and whole body integration. We are also the only Authorized Training Center in the state of Arkansas for Balanced Body Teacher Training and are proud to help others pursue their passion for Pilates. We welcome you to stop in and visit the studio, meet our team, take a class or attend a workshop!




We offer a variety of group fitness classes that provide clear direction and a serious workout. Each type of class has a different focus, so when you participate in a mix of classes, you get the perfect blend of toning, cardio, strength, and flexibility. We never teach the same workout twice!

Each of our instructors has hundreds of hours of training in Pilates, anatomy and more. As a studio, our team focuses on making sure you get the workout your body needs no matter where you are in your fitness journey.  This provides a safe, welcoming environment where nearly every body can find success.


Our personal training sessions are great for beginners, anyone dealing with an injury, or individuals that do best with one-on-one direction.  We offer hour, half-hour, and even duet sessions.

Work with any of our instructors and gain a better understanding of how your body should move, troubleshoot minor injuries or receive targeted corrections to achieve your best possible workout.  


We are proud to be the only Balanced Body Pilates training studio in Arkansas.  We offer all trainings for Pilates (Mat, Reformer, Apparatus, Anatomy in 3D) along with Xtend Barre and TRX.  Teachers can learn all the tools they need to become movement experts at Fayetteville Pilates and Barre.
